Dear colleagues,
the Association for Medical Education in Europe (AMEE) is a worldwide organisation with members in 90 countries on five continents. It is focused on the modernization of teaching, learning and assessment methods in medical and health professions pedagogy. AMEE organises annual conferences and delivers courses on teaching, assessment, simulation, computer-enhanced learning, research and leadership skills for teachers. AMEE production involves the journal Medical Teacher, a series of education guides, occasional papers and Best Evidence Medical Education guides.
Prague was chosen as venue of the 40th AMEE conference. It is our great pleasure to invite you to AMEE 2013 on behalf of the Local Organising Committee. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to become one of the 3,000 participants discussing the latest progress in medical pedagogy. The conference will be held on 24 – 28th August 2013 in the Prague Congress Centre. The conference is designed for both teachers and students. You can choose from a wide spectrum of plenary lectures, symposia, workshops, courses and exhibitions. You will have the opportunity to establish new collaborations with your colleagues from around the world. The registration fee of participants from the host country was reduced to 325 GBP for teachers and to 225 GBP for students.
